TopBar 的 AppBar zIndex 设置为 drawer+1，导致右侧抽屉面板被遮挡。
为 MatchingDetailDrawer、RecommendationDrawer、PatientDetailDrawer
统一设置 zIndex: theme.zIndex.modal（1300），高于 AppBar 层级。
